What We Do​

At Deliberate by Deklein, we help people develop the mental skills needed to perform to help achieve their goals, overcome challenges, and improve overall well-being. 

Because performance isn't just physical, it is how you think, feel, and respond in the moments that matter.

Whether it’s managing pressure before competition, rebuilding confidence after setbacks, or staying focused in high-stakes environments, our work is centred on helping you navigate the mental side of performance in a way that fits you.

Grounded in sport and performance psychology, we use evidence-based approaches to build a range of skills, including focus, emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience. But more importantly, we go beyond just teaching strategies.​ We focus on helping you understand yourself, your patterns, your responses, and what drives your performance, so the tools you develop are not only effective but sustainable.​

Because intentional performance starts with understanding yourself, building skills that carry into sport, school, career, and life.

About Me

My journey into mental performance didn't start in a classroom; it started as an athlete.

Competing in various sports since childhood, I experienced how performance was not just physical. Confidence, pressure, team dynamics, and mindset often made the difference. When my team began working with a sports psychologist, something clicked. I realized the impact mental skills could have, not just on performance, but on how people experience sport and life.

That curiosity turned into a career path. Through my academic journey to study the field of sport psychology, this led me to where I am today. Completing a Master’s in Human Kinetics with a specialization in Mental Performance Consulting, I have developed both the knowledge and practical experience to support athletes, teams, and performers across different environments.

Today, my work is grounded in support, respect, authenticity, growth, and intentionality. I view mental performance as understanding the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that shape performance, while recognizing that every individual’s journey is dynamic. Through my work with both individuals and teams, I focus on building meaningful connections by listening, observing, and understanding each client’s experiences, motivations, challenges, and goals. Engaging with diverse perspectives is what drives me. It not only strengthens my ability to support others but also fuels my own growth.

At its core, my approach is about helping people navigate performance in a way that supports both results and well-being.
